Responsibilities
Offers maintenance, operation, and assistance for servers that have client-based computers situated in the entire area of operation.
Responsible for the coordination and planning of the installation and testing, operation troubleshooting, as well as upkeep of Information Technology (IT) both software and hardware systems.
Manages the system resources, including performance capacity, availability, recovery, and serviceability to ensure the availability of the system as well as integrity, functionality, and effectiveness.
serves as an expert in technical matters within the Regional Network Operations Security Center (RNOSC).
Responsible for the planning of system administration coordination, coordination, modifications, implementation, and troubleshooting to meet customer requirements.
